Diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome at 51, Andrew is now working with employers to help them to engage with and encourage their Asperger’s superheroes to develop their superpowers for the benefit of the business and the individual.

Andrew Marsh grew up in Crawley, West Sussex and after gaining his degrees in geology worked as a geologist for 23 years before the credit crunch forced a change. Andrew is now working with employers to help them engage with their Asperger’s superheroes.
Andrew also writes novels, his latest, a young adult fantasy called Jack Janson and the Storm Caller is the first in a series of 8 books for all readers.
