ABOUT RICHARD LITTLE
Richard has been involved in property development, land, planning and construction for 44 years. Experienced in all aspects of the residential market from extensions to multi-unit developments, from concept to completion with more than 3000 units completed. The many mistakes made and successes achieved since the 1950's, when his father started the construction and development businesses, have given Richard a wide-ranging knowledge of the residential development industry. Through his writing in sector publications and speaking at events he often talks about the realities of property development, the best ways to maximise land values and how investors minimise their risks.
