Claire Norwood has been on a rollercoaster ride throughout her career working in a variety of industries including publishing, marketing, PR, journalism and even shoemaking before spending 16 years as a full-time mum. The transition into full-time property was initially harder than she expected but she now has a small rental portfolio and is running two development projects with a combined GDV of £6m.
